Alfa-D Tablet is used for the treatment of vitamin D deficiency associated with hypocalcemia.
Some side effects of taking too much vitamin D include weakness, fatigue, sleepiness, headache, loss of appetite, dry mouth, metallic taste, nausea, vomiting, and others.
When not to use: Hypersensitivity to the drug and in patients with high calcium level.
