Acefer Syrup is used to treat or prevent vitamin deficiency because of poor diet, certain illnesses, or during pregnancy.
Constipation, diarrhea, or upset stomach may occur. These effects are usually temporary and may disappear as your body adjusts to this medication. If any of these effects persist or worsen, contact your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
When not to use: It must not be used in the event of known hypersensitivity or intolerance to the active ingredient or one of the excipients.
